Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead recreational and social activities that promote community and improve residents' quality of life.
• Organize, execute, and document activities, events, and entertainment for residents.
• Tailor activities to resident needs by assessing cognitive and physical abilities to ensure inclusivity.
• Prepare spaces, set up equipment, and ensure supplies are ready for use.
• Facilitate individual and group activities such as arts, crafts, games, music, exercise, and social gatherings.
