Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead activities by organizing events and entertainment that promote socialization, creativity, and physical well-being for residents.
• Promote participation by communicating upcoming activities to residents, encouraging them to join and take part in the fun.
• Tailor activities to resident needs by assessing cognitive and physical abilities to determine appropriate activity levels and inclusivity.
• Prepare spaces and equipment, ensuring all materials are ready for use.
• Lead and document activities such as arts & crafts, games, music, exercise, and social gatherings; track participation and outcomes.
