Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead recreational and social activities to foster community and improve residents' quality of life.
• Promote participation by communicating upcoming activities and encouraging involvement.
• Tailor activities to residents' cognitive and physical abilities to ensure inclusivity and appropriate levels.
• Set up activity spaces and prepare equipment and supplies for sessions.
• Lead and document activities such as arts and crafts, games, music, and exercise; track participation and outcomes.
