Responsibilities

• Lead recreational and social activities for residents.
• Promote participation by communicating upcoming activities to residents.
• Tailor activities to resident needs based on cognitive and physical abilities.
• Prepare activity spaces and ensure equipment and supplies are ready.
• Lead and document activities (arts and crafts, games, music, exercise, social gatherings).
