Qualifications

• A positive, enthusiastic and compassionate personality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in activities, recreation, customer service, education, hospitality, or healthcare is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and facilitating engaging activities and events for residents.
• Encourage resident participation and create a welcoming, inclusive environment.
• Lead group activities such as games, crafts, music, exercise programs, and social events.
• Support celebrations, holiday parties, and community outings.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families.
• Maintain activity calendars, attendance records, and supplies.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to promote well-being.
