Summit Hill Senior Living is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to support planning, coordinating, and delivering engaging activities for residents. The role focuses on promoting choice, meaningful relationships, wellness, cognition, and social connection.

Qualifications

This role requires the ability to design and lead engaging activities.
Strong communication with residents, families, and staff is essential.

Ability to work independently and with the Life Enrichment team.

Responsibilities

Assist the Director of Life Enrichment in planning, organizing, and leading daily activities, group programs, special events, celebrations, and community outings.
Develop creative and engaging program ideas reflecting residents' interests and abilities.
Facilitate activities that support physical movement, cognitive stimulation, social interaction, and emotional well-being.
Encourage participation while respecting choices, independence, and varying abilities.
Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.
