Hearthwood Senior Living in Bartlett, IL is seeking a Community Life Associate (Life Enrichment Coordinator) who is energetic, creative, and outgoing. You will plan and lead programs that keep residents active, connected, and engaged across independent living, assisted living, and memory care.

This role involves coordinating daily activities, organizing outings, and helping build a warm, inclusive community.

Qualifications

• Six months or more of experience in activities, recreation, hospitality, event planning, fitness, education, or senior living preferred.

Responsabilités

• As a Community Life Associate, plan and lead engaging programs that promote physical wellness, lifelong learning, creativity, and social connection.
• Assist with planning, scheduling, and implementing daily activities and special events.
• Lead fitness, wellness, recreational, educational, and social programs for residents.
• Create a welcoming, energetic, and inclusive community atmosphere.
• Organize outings, transportation to activities, and distribution of calendars/newsletters.
• Collaborate with other departments to create memorable experiences for residents and families.
• Utilize social media to highlight community life and celebrate resident experiences.
