• Assist with planning, scheduling, and implementing daily activities and special events.
• Lead fitness, wellness, recreational, educational, and social programs for residents.
• Create a welcoming, energetic, and inclusive community atmosphere.
• Organize outings, transportation to activities, and distribution of calendars/newsletters.
• Collaborate with other departments to create memorable experiences for residents and families.
• Utilize social media to highlight community life and celebrate resident experiences.
