Elite Home Care, Day Centers & Transportation in Pickens, SC, is seeking a compassionate Activity/Member Assistant to join our team. You will help plan engaging activities and provide personal care to elderly or disabled members in a supportive environment.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with no weekends or holidays, competitive hourly pay, and benefits after 30 days, PTO, and a friendly workplace.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience working with elderly or disabled individuals is preferred but not required.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Activity Director in planning and implementing engaging activities (arts and crafts, music, games, educational programs).
• Provide hands-on personal care (ADL) to members, including feeding, toileting, and dressing.
• Foster a positive and interactive environment by engaging with members.
• Set up and clean activity areas to ensure a safe and organized space.
• Redirect behaviors as needed to promote a supportive atmosphere.
• Monitor and document changes in client behavior or health, reporting to the RN Administrator.
• Maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
