Elite Home Care, Day Centers & Transportation in Pickens, SC is seeking an Activity/Member Assistant to support elderly and young adults in a compassionate, energetic team setting. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM with no weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience with elderly or disabled individuals is preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation or a valid driver's license is needed.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain it is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and pass background checks.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Activity Director in planning engaging activities.
• Provide hands-on personal care tasks (ADL) to members.
• Engage with members to foster a positive environment.
• Set up and clean activity areas to maintain safety and order.
• Monitor and document changes in client behavior or health.
• Maintain client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
