Job summary

Members Cooperative Credit Union in Cloquet, MN seeks an Engagement Specialist (Teller) to be the first point of contact, delivering an exceptional member experience. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, and transfers while educating members on financial options and products to promote financial well-being, and you will support community engagement and compliance with policies and procedures.

As a frontline team member, you will build relationships, identify member needs, and meet or exceed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a customer service/sales focused role. Previous financial experience preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced user level experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, with individuals at all levels of financial understanding.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and conflicting priorities to provide outstanding member experience.
• Comfortable with continuous interactions with the public throughout the workday.
• Experience in, and comfortable with, deescalating issues with upset members.

We are seeking an outgoing, friendly, and energetic individual to join our Cloquet team as an Engagement Specialist (Teller). As the first point of contact for our members, you will play a critical role in creating meaningful connections and delivering an exceptional member experience. Schedule

• Schedule will vary, Monday - Friday 7:45 a.m. - 5:15 p.m. Occasional Saturday shift as needed, 8:45 a.m. -12:15 p.m.
• Full-time, 37-40 hours per week
• Pay is hourly
• Starting pay range: $18-$19/hr., pay commensurate with experience
