This role focuses on building strong relationships, identifying members' financial needs, and recommending products and services that support their financial well-being. Through a thorough understanding of credit union offerings, the Engagement Specialist educates members on solutions that help them achieve their financial goals. In addition, this position processes transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining compliance with credit union policies and procedures. Success in this role requires a friendly, energetic, and member-focused approach, along with a passion for helping others and supporting the community.
