Job summary

University of Illinois Foundation is seeking a Coordinator for Engagement Programs to support the Engagement Center in Urbana, IL. You will supervise student interns and SES, coordinate outreach using GiveCampus GO, and partner with Annual Giving Directors to implement engagement plans.

The role involves managing donor platforms (TED, video emails) and providing top-tier customer service to constituents, with hybrid work options and a strong emphasis on collaboration and reporting.

Qualifications

• The ability to develop productive and sustained relationships with diverse groups and individuals is necessary.
• Proven working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Demonstrated excellent organizational and communication skills. High attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with management of UIF Engagement Center in Urbana, IL, including supervision of student interns and SES.
• Administer the GiveCampus GO platform and coordinate with Annual Giving Directors to plan and execute engagement efforts.
• Manage UIF digital platforms (TED, video emails) to enhance donor stewardship.
• Engage with constituents by phone, text, email, or mail, delivering excellent customer service.
• Track performance metrics and assist with reconciling credit card transactions using GiveCampus and Blackbaud CRM.
• Create documentation to support Donor Services platforms and cross-train with other coordinators.
