Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in alumni relations or a closely related area, preferably in higher education.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience, demonstrating strong leadership, coaching, and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a young alumni engagement strategy.
• Provide management and oversight of alumni engagement-focused efforts.
• Supervise other team members and ensure synergy among UIAA’s engagement efforts.
• Coordinate closely with the Vice President of Engagement.
