Job summary

CCS Fundraising is seeking an Engagement Coordinator in Washington, DC. This hybrid, full-time role supports onboarding, learning, and colleague engagement across the Atlantic Region, with regular in-office presence and travel to team convenings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience in people operations, employee engagement, learning and development, or internal communications.
• Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regional onboarding logistics and communications with Hiring Managers, Corporate TA, HR, L&D, and IT.
• Support the implementation of learning programs and course registrations.
• Coordinate engagement surveys and regional committee activities.
• Draft and distribute internal communications; maintain calendars and SharePoint resources.
