Job summary

Oliver Wyman is seeking an Engagement Manager for Retail Operations + AI to lead client projects andShape strategic outcomes. You will work closely with Partners to manage relationships, deliver insights, and drive value in fast-paced environments.

The role emphasizes leadership, analytical rigor, and a collaborative approach across multi-disciplinary teams, with opportunities to influence business results and growth for clients and the firm.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting with a top-tier strategy consulting firm (or other similar organization).
• Track record of leading and managing teams, and delivering results in fast-paced, demanding environments.
• Strong background in strategic problem solving with demonstrable analytical skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing day to day leadership of client projects and aspects of the client relationship, teaming with Partners and sharing responsibility for the engagement's success.
• Leading and managing complex programs to ensure on-time delivery, leveraging best practice and firm expertise.
• Guiding clients across situations including execution of the commercial process and becoming trusted advisors.
• Engaging in business development by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing ones.
