Job summary

You will guide analytics, AI-enabled transformations, and complex engagements across teams, delivering strategic outcomes for senior client stakeholders.

The role requires 7+ years in strategy consulting or retail, strong problem solving, and proven leadership with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in strategy consulting and/or Retail industry experience.
• Strong background in conceptual problem solving and analytical skills.
• Quantitative, technical toolkit including proficiency in SQL and Python; Machine learning, data science, and AI/genAI capabilities preferred.
• Track record of leading and managing teams and delivering against tight deadlines in fast-paced environments.
• Outstanding communication skills; confidence in presenting to senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Providing day to day leadership of client projects and aspects of the client relationship.
• Leading and managing complex programs of multi-disciplinary teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Guiding and influencing clients across situations including execution of the commercial process.
• Engaging in building business by identifying new opportunities and expanding engagements.
• Creating intellectual capital through thought leadership and broad topic knowledge.
