The Engagement Manager will support Trinity’s Medical Affairs function and serve a leadership role on multiple project teams, designing and implementing strategies to help our clients maintain strong growth. The role offers unique opportunities to manage daily client interactions and oversee project teams – client management, project management, employee management, budget, and financial management – while mentoring junior employees across teams. With exposure to strategic business issues covered by the Medical Affairs team, this position offers candidates the opportunity to take on immediately challenging and rewarding roles.
A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is a minimum of $160,000. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
