• Experience with commercial due diligence in management consulting.
• Worked with both CMT and Private Equity clients.
• Strong customer research techniques (interviews, surveys, focus groups).
• Strong problem solving with analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top program.
• Client management experience.
• Willingness to travel 50% internationally.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership of client projects to Associates and Consultants, as well as client relationship management.
• Lead and manage complex programs to ensure on-time delivery using OW best practices.
• Guide and influence clients across commercial processes and build trusted advisory relationships.
• Engage in building business by identifying new opportunities for clients.
• Create intellectual capital through thought leadership and broad topic knowledge.
• Develop others and build a followership within the firm.
• Lead firm-building activities and uphold firm values with a strong personal brand.
• Oversee and guide the consulting team in hypothesis development and interviews.
• Support Partners with project management and coaching junior team members.
