Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting
• Experience in Retail, Consumer Goods Telecommunications, Software/Technology, Media industries preferred
• Track record of leading and managing teams in fast-paced environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to travel 50% including international travel

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership of client projects and manage client relationships
• Lead and manage complex programs to ensure on-time delivery
• Guide and influence clients across the engagement
• Identify opportunities to expand business with clients
• Create intellectual capital through thought leadership
• Develop others and build a followership within the firm
• Oversee and guide the consulting team in hypothesis building and deliverables
• Support Partners with project management and coaching junior staff
