Job summary

Cresta is hiring its first dedicated Engagement Manager to own how we scope, price, and sell professional services for our core platform and AI Agent product.

You will sit inside Professional Services, turning an ad-hoc process into a repeatable, revenue-generating motion, with room to build and scale in a founding services-sales role.

This role requires 4–10 years in professional services and a proven ability to close services engagements with enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 4–10 yrs in professional services.
• 2+ yrs scoping and selling services engagements (PS Sales / Engagement Manager / Services Sales).
• Technical fluency to scope complex deployments; conversational AI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the SOW process end-to-end: scope engagements, draft SOWs, price services, and sell them to enterprise customers.
• Scope AI Agent deployments and core-platform services.
• Drive services attach and bookings on new and expansion deals.
• Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, and Product to move deals fast without sacrificing delivery margin.
• Build repeatable processes, templates, and pricing logic to scale this function.
