As an Engagement Manager, you will have over eight years of experience in consulting or business management. Leveraging your ability to lead and inspire others, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination and sucessful execution of a project, using your exceptional analytical skills and conceptual thinking to push new ground and ensure success, no matter how complex the problem. You will use your first-class communication skills and ability to build relationships to express complex ideas to clients, implement bespoke solutions across functions in global organizations, and acquire new project work.

Our Engagement Managers are committed to creating opportunities for others, so you will be responsible for the professional development of your junior team members while also contributing to wider company events, training and workshops. What we need

• A Master’s degree in any discipline
• Outstanding records of both academic and professional achievement
• 8+ year’s experience as a consultant, with a demonstrable record of driving results
• A proven aptitude for quantitative analysis and conceptual problem-solving
• Experience leading and managing a multi-disciplined team
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to express complex ideas effectively
• A team player, able to collaborate with people at all levels of an organization
• A willingness to support the professional development of junior colleagues, and contribute to the wider culture of the firm
