The Sr Manager, Engagement and Talent Analytics role will drive establishing and implementing a comprehensive global colleague listening strategy for Otis to improve the colleague experience. As a key member of the Talent Management COE, this role is accountable for understanding, articulating, and designing a feedback mechanisms to capture meaningful data that informs strategic talent management decisions. By generating advanced analytical insights, the role will serve as a trusted thought partner within the HR community to align insights with broader organizational goals and s upport leaders in crafting targeted action plans that drive engagement and organizational effectiveness. This position can be based in CT, FL or remotely.



What you'll do:

  • Develop and lead the roadmap for our colleague listening methodology, enhancing engagement and lifecycle surveys and feedback mechanisms. Drive survey design, analytics, and stakeholder management to capture and act on employee insights effectively.

  • Lead global survey governance, process, and administration end to end for ongoing and new ad hoc surveys that arise based on business needs.

  • Build expertise in storytelling to transform data into compelling narratives that guide strategic decision-making in talent management. Field ad hoc requests for data deep dives and facilitate discussions to ensure insights are connected to actionable plans for the business.

  • Design and lead the implementation of a strategy for focused action planning, enabling leaders to translate insights into targeted initiatives that drive performance and effectiveness.

  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership in partnership with functional and regional partners, enabling data-driven decision-making in talent initiatives.

  • Provide training, resources, and support to Talent Partners and HRBPs.

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive talent and metrics strategy, partnering within the Talent Management CoE team to address attrition and improve colleague and team effectiveness, supporting initiatives that drive organizational success.

  • Drive organizational initiatives by developing, implementing, and managing engagement strategies and campaigns to support behavior changes and adoption of strategic initiatives.

  • Stay abreast of external best practices in the employee listening and talent analytics space.


What You Will Need to be Successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, business or human resources management with 7-plus years of relevant experience is required
  • Advanced degree in I/O Psychology, Organizational Leadership or human resources with 5-plus years of relevant experience, preferred
  • Experience with employee listening programs and survey processes, including vendor management, in a major, global corporation or consultancy.
  • Proven analytics experience focused on employee engagement and talent management.
  • Experience with locating & analyzing data to present concepts to executives through story telling; strength in building compelling business cases and narratives.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
  • A global mindset and intercultural communication experience gained through international assignments or working in a global context.
  • Proactive and passionate about learning and sharing ideas.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong data visualization, analytics, and insights acumen.
  • Ability to perform well in a results focused, fast-paced environment
  • Strong program and project management skills, including stakeholder management, with the ability to lead multiple assignments simultaneously from start to finish.
  • The highest standards of ethical behavior and confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Workday human capital management systems preferred.

  • Experience with employee engagement platform such as Viva Glint and data visualization tools such as Tableau preferred.

  • Proficiency in R/Python/SPSS preferred.

  • Experience in compliance with data governance frameworks and policies to maintain data quality, integrity, and security.
