Job summary

SEARHC is seeking an Employee Engagement Program Manager in Juneau to design and execute engagement plans that boost belonging and productivity. You will manage intranet and digital channels, ensuring clear, consistent messaging across the organization.

You will collect feedback through surveys and focus groups, partner with HR and leadership for cross-department alignment, and drive recognition programs to foster a positive work culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, Sociology, or a related field.
• At least three years of professional experience in communications, marketing, or a related field, with a focus on employee engagement, program management, or internal communications.
• Experience managing internal communication platforms is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive engagement plans, including recognition programs, team-building activities, wellness initiatives, and professional development opportunities.
• Own and actively manage all internal communication channels, including the intranet, digital platforms, and email campaigns.
• Collaborate with leadership to organize and facilitate town halls, team meetings, and other employee communication forums.
• Conduct engagement surveys, focus groups, and exit interviews to understand employee sentiment and identify areas for improvement.
• Partner with HR and department leaders to design engagement programs and ensure cross-departmental alignment.
• Create and manage recognition programs to celebrate employee achievements.
• Monitor and report engagement metrics to leadership and refine strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in employee engagement and internal communications.
• Work closely with senior leaders to align content strategies with organizational objectives.
