Job summary

SEARHC seeks an Employee Engagement Program Manager to design and execute strategies that boost engagement, belonging and productivity across the organization. You will own internal comms channels, develop recognition programs and lead cross‑functional engagement initiatives.

With a focus on feedback analysis, collaboration with HR and leadership, you will foster a positive work culture and report insights to executives. This is a full‑time role in Southeast Alaska.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, Sociology, or related field.
• Progressively responsible experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis.
• At least three years in communications, marketing, or related field with focus on employee engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement engagement plans, including recognition programs and wellness initiatives.
• Own internal communications channels; ensure clear, consistent messaging.
• Gather feedback via surveys and focus groups; report insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership to align engagement strategies with goals.
• Develop town halls and staff forums; support organization-wide campaigns.
