Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in communications, marketing, or internal engagement.
• Experience managing internal communication platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement employee engagement plans and recognition programs.
• Own internal communications channels (intranet, digital platforms, email campaigns).
• Collect and analyze employee feedback via surveys and focus groups.
• Collaborate with HR and department leaders to align engagement initiatives.
• Create programs that celebrate achievements and promote appreciation.
• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in engagement efforts.
• Track engagement metrics and report insights to leadership.
• Stay updated on industry trends in employee engagement and communications.
• Align content strategies with organizational goals in collaboration with senior leadership.
