Job summary

Moravian Manor Communities in Lititz, PA, is seeking a Community Life Coordinator to join the Resident Services/Activities team and promote a vibrant life for residents. This full-time role is 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, with evenings, weekends, and mornings as needed for events.

Responsibilities include planning events for independent living residents, coordinating programs, liaising with committees, and managing communications and logistics.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience with seniors, event planning or hospitality.
• Strong resource management and communication skills.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred and computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement daily, weekly, and monthly events for residents.
• Coordinate programs for independent living residents and attend trips.
• Liaise with Community Life committees and meetings for event planning.
• Handle logistics: reservations, budgeting, billing, and transportation.
• Create communications using Pursuits magazine and other channels.
• Utilize resident engagement software to manage events and reservations.
• Coordinate Community Connection Gatherings and wellness programs.
• Participate in Campus-Wide Events Committee and seasonal celebrations.
