Job summary

Dickinson College is seeking a College Advancement Coordinator for Parent & Family Engagement and the McAndrews Fund for Athletics. The role reports to the Directors and works across the Division of College Advancement, managing day-to-day operations and providing top-notch support to alumni, families, and donors.

The position emphasizes project management, event planning, communications, and budget assistance, with occasional evening/weekend work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, required.
• Cover letter and resume required.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operational activities for Parent & Family Engagement and McAndrews Fund for Athletics.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and workflows.
• Support communication strategies for families, alumni, donors.
• Plan and execute engagement and fundraising events, manage registrations.
• Provide volunteer and constituent relations support, ensure timely communications.
• Provide administrative support and assist with budget/tracking as needed.
