• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1-3 years of Donor Engagement Officer experience; 5-8 years for Senior Donor Engagement Officer.
• Strong project management, relationship-building and donor stewardship skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate 40-60 high-impact donor engagement programs annually.
• Plan and execute campus visits and virtual engagements for major donors and prospects.
• Develop personalized donor endowment and current-use impact reports.
• Collaborate with faculty, administrators and donors to translate fundraising strategies into experiences.
