Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1-3 years of donor engagement experience for the Donor Engagement Officer role.
• 5-8 years of donor engagement experience for the Senior Donor Engagement Officer role.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute high impact engagement programs for top donors (40–60 programs).
• Develop relationships with campus partners to align donor engagement with college priorities.
• Support donor recognition societies and special events with tailored communications.
• Create personalized donor endowment and current use impact reports.
• Lead process improvements and maintain detailed project documentation.
