Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Ability to learn new technologies.
• Experience with alumni programs is a plus.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate virtual, regional and on-campus alumni programs and events.
• Manage online registration forms and the registration database.
• Prepare pre/post-event reporting and revenue management.
• Assist with Homecoming, Alumni Weekend, and guest support.
• Volunteer management and communications for Alumni Engagement.
