Job summary

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience.
  • 2+ years overseeing pharmaceutical or biotechnology projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in life science or related field preferred.
  • 1+ year of experience in central laboratory services.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations and performance metrics for client team members.
  • Develop succession plans and individual development plans for the project management team.
  • Ensure study milestones and client communication are met.
  • Coordinate and monitor project management goals.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Team Manager to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will oversee a project management team within a healthcare services environment, with a strong emphasis on operational performance, client communication, and delivery against study milestones. The ideal candidate will combine people leadership with hands‑on coordination to keep projects on track and ensure team members are supported through clear development planning. In partnership with clients and internal stakeholders, this leader will help drive service quality, issue resolution, and continuous improvement across day‑to‑day operations.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $105,000 – $130,000 annually
