Job summary

The Arbor Company in Florida is seeking an Engagement Coordinator to help residents thrive through a structured engagement program and meaningful activities. You will build deep connections with residents and their families and contribute to a caring, energetic team focused on enhancing quality of life.

Ideal candidates have a background in caregiving, teaching, childcare, or event planning, and a passion for helping others in an assisted living setting.

• Experience as a teacher, childcare provider, event planner, or caregiver.
