Job summary

The Arbor Company in Fort Myers, Florida is hiring a Caregiver to provide personalized daily assistance to our seniors. You will support residents with daily activities, monitor wellbeing, and encourage social engagement to promote a joyful living environment.

We welcome candidates with a minimum of 6 months' experience as a Caregiver or related role; certification is not required. We offer paid time off for full- and part-time staff and growth opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certifications/licenses are NOT required.
• At least 6 months of experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, PCT, or DSP preferred (Memory Care a plus).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in activities of daily living.
• Encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to maintain spirits.
• Create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
