Job summary

The Arbor Company is seeking a Memory Care Engagement Coordinator in Athens to create meaningful and engaging activities for residents through our 6-dimensional engagement program. You will build deep connections with residents and their families while contributing to a warm, supportive community.

You will bring creativity, compassion, and a passion for seniors, with prior experience in teaching, caregiving, or related roles. A collaborative team culture is central to our daily work.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a teacher, childcare provider, event planner, or a caregiver.
• Seeking a career in healthcare/assisted living
• Passion for helping others and seniors
• Experience working in an Activities department in an assisted living community is a plus.
• Memory care experience is desired.
