Job summary

The Arbor Company is seeking a Memory Care Engagement Coordinator in Lanham, MD to create meaningful, engaging activities for residents and support their overall wellbeing. You will collaborate with care teams to deliver a vibrant, person-centered program that enhances mood, health, and social connection.

Ideal candidates bring caregiving or activities experience in senior living, a passion for helping seniors, and a desire to grow with a respected organization known for its Great Place to Work

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a teacher, childcare provider, event planner, or a caregiver.
• Seeking a career in healthcare/assisted living
• Passion for helping others and seniors
• Experience working in an Activities department in an assisted living community is a plus
• Memory care experience is desired.

• Provide meaningful and engaging opportunities for residents to thrive and improve health and spirit through the 6-dimensional engagement program.
• Make a positive contribution to residents and families by building deep connections.
