Job summary

The Early Learning Coalition of Northwest Florida is seeking a Communications Specialist to join its Community Impact Team. The ideal candidate will be energetic, creative, and tenacious, with a can-do attitude and the ability to promote the Coalition's mission in the community.

You will develop content for newsletters, the Coalition website and social media, use data insights to boost family engagement, monitor engagement metrics, and assist with outreach materials and presentations.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in early education, marketing, customer service, or outreach is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to promote the Coalition's mission in the community.
• Develop content for newsletters, the website, and social media with strong branding.
• Leverage data insights to increase family engagement in programs.
• Monitor engagement metrics and tailor outreach initiatives.
• Assist with outreach materials design and prepare targeted presentations.
• Support WordPress updates for the Coalition's site and related materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the position.
