Job summary

Early Learning Coalition of Northwest Florida is seeking a proactive team member for the Community Impact Team. The role focuses on promoting the coalition's mission, creating engaging content, and leveraging data to boost family participation in ELCNWF programs.

Responsibilities include developing outreach materials, presenting to diverse audiences, updating the website with WordPress, and supporting the Community Impact Director and Manager to expand community awareness.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in early childhood education, marketing, or another relevant field required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in early education, marketing, customer service, or community outreach a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and participates in opportunities to promote the purpose, mission, and services of the Coalition in the community, as required by the grant agreement(s).
• Develop content for newsletters, the coalition’s website and social media paying close attention to branding and grant requirements.
• Leverage data insights to increase family engagement and participation in ELCNWF programs.
• Monitor and interpret engagement metrics to develop targeted family outreach initiatives.
• Assist with the design of outreach and awareness materials.
• Develop relevant and compelling presentations tailored for specific audiences highlighting the importance of early childhood education and its impact on workforce development and community growth.
• Support the Community Impact Director and Manager with changes to the Coalition’s website using WordPress.
• Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the position

Education
