Job summary

The Early Learning Coalition of Northwest Florida is seeking a proactive communications and outreach professional to join our Community Impact Team. You will develop content for newsletters, the website, and social channels, ensuring branding and grant requirements are met.

You will use data insights to boost family engagement, craft targeted outreach, and support website updates via WordPress. Collaboration with leadership is essential for impactful campaigns and program growth.

Qualifications

Associate’s degree in early childhood education, marketing, or another relevant field required.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in early education, marketing, customer service, or community outreach a plus.

Responsibilities

Identifies and participates in opportunities to promote the Coalition in the community, as required by grant agreements.
Develop content for newsletters, the coalition’s website and social media with attention to branding and grant requirements.
Leverage data insights to increase family engagement and participation in ELCNWF programs.
Monitor and interpret engagement metrics to develop targeted family outreach initiatives.
Assist with the design of outreach and awareness materials.
Develop presentations tailored for audiences highlighting early childhood education impact on workforce and community growth.
Support with changes to the Coalition’s website using WordPress.
Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the position.
