Job summary

EY is seeking a Communications Assistant Director to partner with business leaders in developing and executing strategic communications across the Americas. The role focuses on planning, content creation, brand awareness, employee engagement, and events, leveraging AI tools and multi-channel approaches.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required (4-year degree).
• Bachelor's degree in communications or related major, or equivalent experience.
• 5 - 7 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of one or more processes, solutions and/or projects with focus on quality and risk management.
• Identify innovative solutions through research and best practices.
• May supervise others to deliver complex initiatives; accountable for performance.
• Guide others with depth of expertise and interpret issues to recommend quality solutions.
• Meet local performance objectives across client service, quality, risk management, and growth.
• Collaborate with Communications Leader on strategic objectives and stakeholder messaging.
• Develop and execute multi-channel communications; leverage AI tools to measure impact.
