Qualifications

• Have a high school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and present information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Leads assigned Engage Life programs.
• Offers adequate and diversified recreational activities to residents with supervision.
• Develops programs for residents, including those confined to their rooms.
• Engages and motivates residents to participate.
• Informs residents of activities and maintains a current schedule.
• Greets new residents and includes them in activities.
• Assists in planning parties and decorating the community according to season/holiday.
• Supports census-building initiatives and partners with volunteers.
• Maintains records of activities and participation as required by state law.
• May drive company vehicle if required by community.
• Performs other duties as needed.
