Atria Senior Living – Kennebunk is seeking team members to enrich residents' lives through Engage Life programs and a variety of social activities. You will help plan and lead events, greet new residents, and coordinate volunteers in a supportive community setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3–6 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education or experience.
• Able to write simple correspondence. Able to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Leads assigned Engage Life programs to residents.
• Offers adequate and diversified recreational activities to residents with supervision.
• Develops programs for residents including those confined to their rooms.
• Engages and motivates residents to participate in activities.
• Informs residents of upcoming activities and maintains a schedule of events.
• Greets new residents and helps integrate them into the community.
• Assists in planning parties/activities and decorating the community for seasons/holidays.
• Assists Engage Life Director in enlisting volunteers for activities.
• May drive the company vehicle for community events if required.
• Performs other duties as needed.
