Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Some advanced coursework in interpersonal communications or human services areas is preferred.
• One to two years of experience in a capacity familiar with the court system.

Responsibilities

• Monitor support and alimony cases and enforce court orders.
• Initiate income withholding orders, show-cause orders, and warrants as needed.
• Prepare petitions, review files, and provide information to clients and attorneys.
