Job summary

Otter Tail County Human Services Department seeks a Support Enforcement Aide to assist the Child Support Collection Unit. You will enter data, generate billing statements and required reports, and monitor accounts for compliance with court-ordered payments.

Under supervision, you will analyze court orders for enforcement, locate absent parents, review postings and disbursements, and ensure case files reflect enforcement methods and timely processing.

Responsibilities

• Enter data into computer system to generate billing statements and statistics for federal/state reports
• Monitor accounts for compliance with court-ordered payment plans
• Analyze court orders for enforcement actions and perform paralegal-like tasks related to enforcement
• Locate absent parents, review postings and disbursements of dollars collected
• Ensure case files reflect enforcement methods and timely processing
