• Enter data into the computer system to generate billing statements and required statistics for federal and state reports and finding and case management reports.
• Monitor accounts for compliance with court ordered payment plans.
• Analyze court orders for enforcement actions and perform paralegal functions related to legal enforcement.
• Locate absent parents and review postings and disbursements of dollars collected.
• Review case files to ensure all enforcement methods are used and ensure information is properly entered into the computer.
• Respond to requests from the court, county attorney, clients, other agencies, states, and employers to ensure processing is completed timely and efficiently.
