Job summary

Willdan is seeking a Verification Aide to join our team in Minnesota. You will support energy efficiency verification projects by reviewing documents, collecting data, performing basic analysis, and assisting with reports and calculations.

Work under supervision alongside a Verification Specialist. Some travel within the region is required, and you will help maintain organized project records while adhering to QA/QC processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Basic understanding of building systems, construction processes and energy concepts.
• Ability to follow procedures and complete tasks accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Effective written and verbal communication within a team.

Responsibilities

• Support verification activities by data collection, review, and analysis under a supervisor.
• Assist in reviewing construction documents and quantity take-offs for building components.
• Enter data and validate results to support verification efforts.
• Help prepare reports and energy savings calculations with accuracy.
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate with project team members.
• Track multiple projects and ensure timely task completion.
