Job summary

Willdan Group, Inc. seeks a Verification Aide to join a team focused on building energy analysis within a consulting environment. You will assist with data collection, document review, and basic verification tasks under supervision.

You will support energy savings calculations, report preparation, and QA/QC processes while gaining exposure to a range of building technologies and program requirements.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with building systems and energy efficiency concepts.

Responsibilities

• Assist verification activities with data collection, review, and analysis under supervision.
• Review construction documents and perform quantity take-offs for lighting, HVAC, and envelopes.
• Enter data and validate results to support verification efforts.
• Prepare reports summarizing project data and energy savings calculations.
• Conduct site inspections and field data collection under supervision.
• Coordinate multiple projects through different verification stages.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Research building technologies and program requirements as assigned.
• Follow QA/QC processes and escalate discrepancies as needed.
• Maintain organized project documentation and records.
