Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in business development or sales within the electrical or energy sector.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary commercial interface with targeted end customers to drive demand.
• Develop and manage executive relationships across the Fleet vertical and with partners to win large opportunities.
• Coordinate sales and marketing activities with cross-functional teams to create end customer opportunities.
• Drive cross-division sales activity to package systems and leverage Eaton’s balanced product offering.
• Provide input on product and service development considering customer needs, market trends, and competitor capabilities.
• Represent Eaton at target trade shows and customer functions as required.
