Troutman Pepper Locke's Energy Transactional Practice Group is seeking an associate with three to seven years of experience in mergers and acquisitions or corporate transactions to join our team in either our Richmond or Washington, DC office. This position will focus on energy transactions, with an emphasis on renewable energy. Candidates with experience advising on transactions across a broad range of clean energy assets and projects, including wind, solar, battery storage, and other renewable technologies, are strongly preferred.

Successful candidates will demonstrate superior writing ability, sound judgment, and strong communication skills. Candidates must be licensed and in good standing in Virginia or the District of Columbia.
