Job summary

Tampa Electric Company in Florida's North Ruskin is seeking a Manager of Technical Training to lead Energy Supply workforce development, craft skills training, leadership programs and governance of procedures.

Responsibilities include designing, delivering and evaluating ISD-based training; partnering with SMEs; overseeing safety training and ensuring high-quality performance across operating areas. Travel to plants will be required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in training, leadership development or education.
• 3+ years of supervisory/people leadership experience.
• Experience in procedure and/or training development in utility operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, deliver and evaluate craft skills, technical and operational training for Energy Supply.
• Lead cross-departmental team for procedure management and governance; ensure HAZARD analyses and safe work practices.
