Qualifications

• 7+ years in electric utility training or equivalent.
• Strong ability to design and update curricula for safety and craft proficiency.
• Experience delivering both classroom and hands-on training.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and facilitate instructor-led training in field and classroom settings.
• Evaluate trainee competency and issue certifications where applicable.
• Maintain curricula to reflect regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Coach crews and leaders with on-the-job refreshers and corrective training.
• Coordinate training logistics across multiple districts and travel requirements.
• Track training records and report metrics to regional leadership.
• Model SEC’s safety culture and values.
